Brayden and Kyra Pope of Lubbock, TX. Together they have two kids and a dog named Olive. Both are 2015 graduates from Friona High School. They reconnected in 2020 and married in 2023.

Brayden studied Animal Science at WTAMU. While attending college, he worked at the meat lab where he learned how to butcher and process meat. He has worked at numerous beef packing facilities over the years and is proud to be opening one of his own. Brayden will be the overall General Manager of Production.

Kyra studied Respiratory Therapy at SPC and Health Sciences at Texas Tech University. She has an extensive healthcare background, but is taking a step back from the hospital to help Brayden achieve his lifelong dream. Kyra will be the Office and Sales Manager.

Both Brayden and Kyra have a family history in the meat industry. With that; they bring years of experience and knowledge from not only themselves, but from those that have been with them along the way.

Together they have the overall goal of providing a comfortable, motivating, and safe work environment. They value the role that each employee plays in making operation a success. Being a family with young children, they understand the need/want to be involved in both work and home roles. They can't wait to offer numerous jobs, USDA inspected quality meats, and affordable options to West Texas.
